Green Era Corporation ("GEC") is building a diversified portfolio of early-stage green enterprises and helping those businesses achieve their full potential. Our areas of interest include both energy generation and energy technologies.

Energy Generation: Some of the specific fields within energy generation include wind energy, biofuels, solar thermal, photovoltaics, and geothermal.

Energy Technologies: These technologies include energy storage, transmission, infrastructure, efficiency products and services, and conservation.

Corporate Strategy: GEC's corporate strategy is to build and operate green technology related businesses; acquire majority equity interests in carefully selected, highly promising young companies; and to provide its businesses with capital, management depth, and cross-pollination of our intellectual properties. Our businesses will maintain a high degree of management autonomy, and managers' compensation is tied to the achievement of well-defined milestones. We strive to structure acquisitions in such a manner as to ensure that the business risks associated with acquired companies remain significantly segregated from those of our existing businesses.

Management: Management includes highly experienced Wall Street professionals, and their expertise is supplemented by a growing cadre of expert consultants. GEC is also striving to develop ties to pools of green knowledge within selected universities and specialized groups.
